What your newborn session looks like
Our newborn sessions are photographed in our cozy, fully-stocked Decatur studio during baby’s first 5 to 10 days, when they’re naturally sleepy and easy to settle into soft, timeless poses. We use gentle, fully-supported posing, move at your baby’s pace, and allow plenty of time for feeding and soothing. We provide all the wraps, bonnets, props, and styling, and we plan your colors together beforehand so you can simply relax and soak up the moment.
Maternity and family without the long drive
For maternity and family portraits, our private garden offers a beautiful, peaceful outdoor setting without a long drive into the city, and we keep a full wardrobe of maternity gowns in studio. Maternity sessions are best around 29 to 33 weeks. We also love first-birthday cake smashes and milestone sessions as your little one grows, plus seasonal fall and holiday family portraits with custom card design.

About two weeks after your session, you’ll come back for a personal design appointment, where we help you choose hand-edited images, fine albums, and wall art to treasure for years.
